Cindy Methenitis grew up in Anaheim, California, 2 miles from Disneyland; attending Loara High School, then graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication and Design. In addition, Cindy attended Semester at Sea, sponsored by the University of Colorado Boulder, and was able to travel many corners of the world including Japan, Singapore, India, Egypt, China, Spain and Greece. Her extensive travel has exposed her to the arts and designs of many cultures. Cindy began her career in Newport Beach, California, in Advertising, for a Publisher in the Design and Production Department. She enjoyed a few years in Publication then married and started a family; which brought her up to the Bay Area. She was a stay-at-home mom while raising her two children. After about fourteen years, she started a business of Faux and Mural Painting. She continued with her painting business for 6 years until a friend, who owned a Staging business, Inspired Staging, approached her with a job offer. She went on a staging project to see if it would be a good fit. She absolutely loved it and began working as a Stager from that day forward. Beginning in 2003, she worked along side the owner for 7 years. At which time, she purchased Inspired Staging and gainfully enjoyed her business for 3 additional years. In January 2013, Inspired Staging and Stagers merged their two companies and, in combination of the two, enjoy 28 years of staging experience. As Lead Designer, she has enjoyed being a part of a top home staging company having staged over 140 properties since January. She is a member of RESA and enjoys continuing her education in the field. She looks to the future as a strong member of a cohesive team with expansive goals set for 2014 and beyond.
